A new game streaming app called Rainway on which a user can stream PC games on console and smartphones. The app is under development by Andrew Sampson. The app need some technical resources of a hardware and runs PC games on a browser.
The Rainway developer posted some gameplay videos and some screen shots on twitter playing some pc games such as; Nier automata, Batman Arkham Knight and The witchers 3 with 60 FPS using nintendo switch on the web browser.

He also posted some screen shots of the witchers 3 wild hunt utilizing Nintendo switch with rainway app.

According to Andrew the app is under development to fix the lagging issue and performance too.

So it can be said that the pc games can be streamed with nintendo switch ,smartphones or other current generation console. as other developer posted some images of Witchers 3 been played with Samsung galaxy s8 some time ago.and this new app wil surelu do the job well one it complete the development process.
Currently it plays the game using web browser but the developer want to develop a more stable app if the console developers grant him permission like sony, Nintendo and Microsoft
